"Our business was founded in 1983 as a regional distributor for Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL), Pune. We initially dealt in R&HA series diesel engines for gensets and industrial applications, along with agricultural engines and pump sets, including their spare parts.

Over the years, through close association with KOEL’s sister concerns—such as Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Dewas, and Kirloskar Electric Company Limited, Bangalore—we expanded our product portfolio to include pumps, electric motors, transformers, and alternators. These remained part of our active offerings until the advent of the OEM business model.

This opportunity was a legacy passed down to me by my father, the late Shri S.C. Agarwal, who had been associated with KOEL since 1965. His long-standing relationship with the company paved the way for our business journey.
